Individual Fellowship Project
Summer 2022
In Summer 2022, I was the Product Management Fellow in the City of Boston Strategic Procurement Team, as part of the Civic Innovation Corps program of Coding It Forward. Initially, my fellowship project was to improve the procurement advertising process. Because of my work on the advertising process, my supervisors asked to zoom out from this specific piece of a complex system, look at the entire process more broadly, and create a vision for what the process could look like in the City.
